Online application fees are $30 and printed applications are $40. Homes are professionally cleaned prior to occupancy. Tenants are required to pre-pay for the professional cleaning and carpet cleaning that will be completed at their move-out. Homes are rented “As Is”. If there are any replacements or upgrades that you may require, please make sure these items are requested and discussed prior to your application and the Lease process.
